Not sure why Jesse Metcalfe is handcuffed, but honestly, that doesn’t really matter does it? Jesse just turned 31 (can you believe it?) and it looks like he’ll be making a come back as John Rowland on  Desperate Housewive this year! Maybe Gabby can get him to mow her lawn again.
